Re: [satsang] I am still learning how to be detached... am...

No. I didn't mean that. To be open to vulnerability means great silent inquire. Sitting with the pain and questioning it without intellectuality, without looking for results, without answers.

This is from my own experience with my mom. Once I wrote: I was born twice: when I was born and when my mama died

Yes, there is a difference between wounded heart and split open heart. So if you hold back, it will break your heat anyways, it's your mom, but you end up with wounded heart. If you dive into the love you feel for her without reservations, let it "overtake you", as Christine said and not be afraid to be vulnerable as Par said, then it will break your heart open, and through the openness, the love for all beings will shine through. It's a gift of your beloved Mother. Take it.

Let it overtake 'you'. That is detachment. ♥

It's difficult. Open yourself up to your vulnerability.

I am still learning how to be detached... am watching my beloved Mother in pain and it hurts. Any advice?
