The realization of wholeness or oneness is the ultimate intimacy, the TWO melting back into ONE as the result of the agency and potency of LOVE. But of course, "twoness" is only an appearance and "oneness" is our true estate, our birthright, and the ground of our being. So intimacy is really just the recognition of what has always been true about us. And LOVE opens our eyes.
